My Journey with BigDot
My name is Reem Khalaf from Syria, and I am currently working as a Sales Executive at BigDot, a company that provides innovative IT solutions. My journey with BigDot began when I applied for an internship through my college, BIMTECH, along with a few friends. Fortunately, I was selected, and that’s where my story truly started.
BigDot gave me my very first opportunity to build my practical career. During my internship, I was fortunate to work with a wonderful team, while receiving continuous support from our CEO, Mahesh Sir, and our HR, Richa Ma’am. Their encouragement guided me through challenges and helped me grow both professionally and personally.
After successfully completing my internship, I was given the opportunity to officially join the BigDot team. This was a transformation point in my life. I started learning from my mistakes, pushing myself to improve, and motivating myself to keep moving forward. Working at BigDot has been a journey of continuous learning and development.
Currently, I am working with Instaciti Kuwait, where I continue to learn under the guidance of our Operations Head, Kiran Ma’am. She inspires me to stay strong, challenge myself, and constantly improve my performance. Alongside my professional journey, I also had the privilege to participate in the Delhi Half Marathon with my colleagues. It was a memorable experience that brought us closer as a team.
For me, BigDot is not just a workplace—it is the foundation of my career and a family that has supported me every step of the way. It has truly set me on the right path, and I will always value the transformation it has brought into my life.
