My Journey with BigDot
Hi, I’m Mohammad. My career started in 2015 as a math and mechanics teacher, where I helped students build clear thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Many of them achieved top-percentile results—not by memorizing answers, but by learning how to think. Over time, I moved into operations and coordination roles. I worked on large city events, managing vendors and security teams, aligning multiple stakeholders, and resolving issues before they escalated. This hands-on experience taught me how complex systems operate under pressure.
In Syria, I supported humanitarian operations by streamlining aid logistics and accelerating permit processes, helping support reach families faster. I later expanded into international and remote work—leading a USC research project analyzing Tesla’s online reputation, managing global interns through ClickUp, completing McKinsey’s Forward Program, and starting a PGDM in Operations.
At the core of everything I do is a teacher’s mindset applied to real-world operations. This is especially reflected in my work with InstaCiti KW, where I focus on improving digital platforms, performance, and user experience. I take complex workflows, break them into clear steps, map execution—often on a Gantt—and deliver results that are practical and measurable. My goal is straightforward: make hard things easier and help teams move forward.
Alongside this, I enjoy connecting with people through social media and sharing ideas that inspire growth. That’s where BigDot.ai truly fits my approach. I use BigDot to help small businesses go digital quickly—setting up digital business cards, simple websites or stores, bookings, payments, and invoicing in one integrated system.
I also apply BigDot to my own teaching workflow: a digital card for instant contact, a course site for learning resources, ProBooking for office hours and workshops, Engager for announcements and feedback, and e-invoicing for paid sessions. This keeps everything organized and outcome-focused, allowing me to spend more time helping people succeed and less time managing tools.
This blend of teaching clarity, operational execution, platform experience, and practical technology defines how I work—and where I’m headed next.
